At Crown Collections we aim to provide a high standard of service and deliver a positive experience to all our customers. We recognise that sometimes things can go wrong, in the event that you feel we have made a mistake – or we could have done something better – we will do our best to reach an appropriate outcome.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, we will provide you with a competent, timely response. Please direct these in the first instance to our Administration Department: accounts@crowncollections.nz.

Our goal is to respond to you in writing seven working days to confirm receipt of your complaint. A full investigation will be undertaken and a written response will be provided within 10 working days.
